Be Part Of The Third Iteration Of The Light Ball Sydney September 6, 2017

I moved to Australia in 2013 and created this blog to help Irish people living in Australia. 10 million visitors later it now has evolved into a job board, flight company and offers support with many services Irish people need when they move to Australia. Pop over to my resources page(irisharoundoz.com/resources) to find every service and product I recommend. Thanks for stopping by and hope to see you here again.

Join the committee plus another 1,000 mental health warriors on Saturday 14th October 2017, Australian Technology Park Redfern, for the biggest night-of-nights on the 2017 Sydney calendar.

Whether it’s a loved one, family member or friend, suicide is an issue that has affected or will affect most people throughout their lives in one way or another. In Australia alone, eight Australians take their own life through suicide every single day.

The Light Ball Sydney is a black-tie event that aims to raise awareness of mental health and help tackle the stigma around it in the local community and raise much-needed funds for Pieta House (Ireland) and batyr (Australia).

The evening will yet again be packed full of entertainment including a five-star dining experience, complimentary drinks, live music with the Martini Club, a live DJ, ATP’s first on-site after party, raffle and auction, plus special guests, MC, new celeb messages and lots more.

Last year Australian rugby legend, George Gregan helped the event raise $135,000 and with your help, we can beat this figure in October 2017.

Grab your ticket today, you’ll be making a huge difference. But we must warn you, they’re selling fast!
