Despacito as Gaeilge Will Make You Fall Back In Love With The Song

Despacito as Gaeilge Will Make You Fall Back In Love With The Song July 1, 2017

I moved to Australia in 2013 and created this blog to help Irish people living in Australia. 10 million visitors later it now has evolved into a job board, flight company and offers support with many services Irish people need when they move to Australia. Pop over to my resources page(irisharoundoz.com/resources) to find every service and product I recommend. Thanks for stopping by and hope to see you here again.

If there ever was a song I have heard over and over again it has to be Despacito.

I would love to say that it hasn’t got to the stage where I am sick of it but that would be lying.

The good news is  TG Lurgan have made things a lot easier for us and translated it into Irish.

Also if you do want to know some of the words here you go:

And you can too:

I do dhiaidh chomh

Mór ‘s an ghrian ‘s a mhéadu faoi dhó

A’ bhfuil inti agus tuilleadh nios mó

Brách na breith’ ‘s as sin go (dtí) deo

I do dhiaidh chomh

Mór ‘s an ghrian ‘s a mhéadu faoi dhó

A’ bhfuil inti agus tuilleadh nios mó

Brách na breith’ ‘s as sin go (dtí) deo

Students and members of ‘Course A’, John, Jack and Dara took on the verus’ while Diego rocked the Spanish rap and of course, the chorus joined in with the chorus.

Enjoy!
