Job title: Business Development Manager

Reports to: GN Australia, Managing Director

General Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join Geoffrey Nathan Australia. The role is responsible for the selling of all GN products offered by the GN Group of companies brand and products while also identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Sales and Business Development:

 Identify key markets and sectors to target across all states of Australia

 Monitoring sale conversion and gross margin performance nationally

 Develop and implement quarterly sales strategies to increase revenue across all GN related groups which include but not limited to 417 packages, 457 Packages, Salary Packaging, Outsourced Payroll with existing and new clients.

 Increase referrals from Clients and Candidates across all GN products and locations

 Ensure all sales opportunities across all GN products and locations are maximised

 Present GN packages to new and existing clients.

 Effective marketing campaigns and PR promotions ( example: referral programs )

 Attend regular industry related functions

Account Management and Development

 Meet with new and existing clients at regular intervals to ensure continued sales /margin increases.

Minimum of 5 client visits per week.

 Increase new candidate and client base

 Maintain existing client and candidate relationships

 Monitor and manage all sales staff for improved account performance

 Reverse marketing of candidates to clients

Reporting:

 Conduct period end margin reviews

 Quarterly National Sales plan with quarterly reviews reporting to Managing Director on success and

improvements

 Reviewing the take on report and managing the quality and accuracy

 Prepare and send weekly activity reports

 Ad hoc reporting as required

Experience:

We are seeking candidates who have previous experience within a sales role ideally within the Recruitment,

Payroll or a Professional Services industry.

 Minimum 3 years’ experience within a Business Development Role Experience account managing

large portfolios of clients/candidates

 Good organisation and planning skills with Proactive attitude with excellent time management skills

 Think outside the box approach to sales and business development activity.

 Identify, develop and evaluate leads and opportunities to build successful sales

 Passionate about success and results driven attitude

 Maintain and provide strong internal and external service levels with new and existing clients

Hours 40 per week or as required

 Perm Full-time
